All orders are placed online through our website. Simply select your cupcake box, choose your flavors, and schedule your pickup time at checkout.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all pre-orders. Some custom orders may require more time, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.

At this time, we do not offer same-day orders. Our cupcakes are freshly baked to order, so all purchases must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 48 hours before pickup.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Since cupcakes are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges after pickup.
