MADE IN A HOME KITCHEN
Baking has always been a part of my life, woven into memories of family gatherings and time spent in the kitchen with the people I love most. My French heritage and family traditions gave me a deep appreciation for great food, thanks to my father -an incredible cook- my aunt and mother who have all taught me the foundations of baking and cooking from an early age. Their guidance instilled in me a love for high-quality ingredients, time-honored techniques, and the simple joy of sharing something homemade.
Before launching The Atelier Garnier, I spent years traveling the world as a flight attendant, experiencing incredible flavors and culinary traditions. From the elegant pastries of France to the delicate confections of Japan, the rich, buttery treats of Portugal, and the bold flavors of Mexico, every destination broadened my palate and deepened my love for baking. Now, I bring those inspirations into my own kitchen.
At The Atelier Garnier, I specialize in handcrafted cupcakes made with high-quality ingredients and my signature Swiss Meringue Buttercream—light, silky, and just the right amount of sweet. Each recipe reflects my experiences, blending tradition with global influences to create something truly special.
